The aesthetics of this sustainable range have been achieved through a strategic combination of eco-friendly packaging materials. Fasson rCrush Grape FSC stands out as a key packaging material, chosen for its unique qualities of being uncoated, matte, and smooth wood-free printing. This material is crafted from 15% grape waste from wine making, 40% post-consumer recycled fibers, and 45% virgin wood pulp with wet strength treatment. Furthermore, we've partnered with Sulapac, a trailblazer in sustainable microplastic-free materials, and Quadpack, an international leader in beauty industry packaging solutions. This collaboration has empowered us to swiftly prototype smart solutions tailored to beauty brands.
Another noteworthy addition to our packaging arsenal is GREENWEIMO's biodegradable packaging. This solution utilizes bagasse, a natural by-product of sugarcane once juice extraction is complete. This offers a remarkable alternative to plastic and Styrofoam packaging, as it consumes less energy compared to traditional wood pulp for paper production. Lastly, the Rooted in Nature collection includes PICEATM wood tubes, a material derived from renewable resources, comprising 10% spruce wood and 85% sugar-based components. These PICEATM wood tubes boast a 40% superior carbon footprint compared to conventional PE tubes. They combine barrier properties, decorative appeal, food suitability, and recyclability into one innovative package.
